After increasing egg sales 3% in year one after several years of flat sales, we needed to get Americans thinking about eggs beyond breakfast. That’s when we discovered “Night Shift Chickens” - hens that lay their eggs at night - which lead to the creation of an entirely new type of eggs: “Dinner Eggs”.
